From a Frustrating Placement Season to a Platform
The Frustration
Our founders went through campus placement season and watched talented friends get ignored while students with polished but hollow profiles got shortlisted. The problem wasn't talent. It was visibility and verification.
The Research
We spent 6 months talking to TPOs across 40+ colleges, HR managers at 25+ companies, and over 300 students. The same problems came up every single time. That research became PlaceHire's product blueprint.
First Version
We built a basic version with just AI Score and a verified profile system. 3 colleges and 12 companies tested it. The feedback was overwhelming โ TPOs said it was the first tool that actually understood their job.
Proper Launch
PlaceHire launched officially with 50 colleges, 200 companies, and 18,000 students. Within 3 months, 4,200 students had been placed through the platform.
Campus OS
We launched the Campus OS module โ giving colleges full student lifecycle management, encrypted messenger, document collection, and smart automation. TPOs started calling it their "placement cell superpower."
