A Training and Placement Officer (TPO) registers their college on PlaceHire. They submit basic college details, official documents, and get verified by our team within 24–48 hours. Once approved, the college gets access to their admin dashboard.

Once logged in, students fill out their profile — resume, skills, certifications, GitHub links, projects, and CGPA. The platform then automatically calculates an AI Score out of 100 based on these inputs. The AI Score is dynamic — it updates as students improve their profiles.
